This is the aspect of practice and training that concerns how we use and develop things such as mobility, flexibility and posture. We work to harmonise and connect the body and its movements together.
Many people seek out Tai Chi and Qigong in a search for a more aware and deeper way of using and looking after their bodies. Others search for more strength and vitality. Through awareness and practice we develop these and improve from where we start.
The physical aspect supports the exploration and cultivation of other aspects of the practice.
