Vitality

The idea of energy occurs throughout the practice we do.  This should not be mysterious though. 

Some of our training methods are about building energy and a sense of vitality.  Some are about ensuring the body is free and connected that then allow other methods to focus on energy flowing while sensing and not blocking it.

Working with these methods can often bring a moment to moment awareness of energy, well-being and easefulness.
