What to expect at our Taiji & Qigong classes
You don’t need experience
The classes are suitable for complete beginners. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or have done anything like this before.
The movements are gentle.
We use slow, deliberate movements combined with breathing and awareness.
You always work at your own pace
You’re always encouraged to listen to your body. Rest whenever you need to.

Classes are small, welcoming, and non-competitive. People come to feel better, not to perform.

"I’m very new to this and have only been to 5 sessions so far. However I wanted to try practising as a de-stress after work and it certainly does that. The practice helps calm my mind and focus internally giving me strength and clarity and Jon is the most wonderful, calm and experienced tutor. "
